Dylan Throop, a junior at Penn, secured seventh place in the men's blue 8-kilometer race in 23:20.1 at the Virginia College and Open meet, which also serves as the NCAA Division 1 Pre-Nationals, at the Panorama Farms Course in Earlysville, Va. Throop helped Penn place 17th with 388 points.
